Hotel Description

Teo Apartments is situated on a gentle hill above the center of Neos Marmaras. The accommodation units are nicely maintained, bright, comfortable and neat, each with a side view of the sea and harbour, at just a few minutes walk away. A special recommendation from us goes to a large and fantastically equipped apartment that offers the comfort of a modern and comfortable flat.

The accommodation is located 100m from the center, bars, restaurants, shops and all amenities for entertainment during the day, evening and night. The bearer of the European Blue Flag, a 1km long beautiful and sandy city beach is 800m away, while Paradissos beach is about 1,5km away, so it would be better to go by car. A well-equipped supermarket Arista is about 300m from the accommodation.

Teo Apartments has two single studios, one double studio and one duplex apartment for up to six people. All studios are located on the ground floor, while the apartment is on the first floor.

The single studio has one queen size bed, so it can accommodate up to one adult with a child. The double studio has two single beds and the possibility to add an auxiliary bed. All the studios also have a kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, sink and a hotplates. Studios have no A/C, they’re modestly equipped, but functional.

The apartment (70m2) consists of a living room with a fantastic and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, spacious balcony and a new comfortable bathroom with a glass shower cabin. In the living room, there are two folding sofas, a TV and air conditioning. In the kitchen, there’s a stove with a flat plate, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and a coffee maker. Two bedrooms are fitted with one double bed i.e two single beds and a built-in large three-wing closet with a mirror (each). The apartment has the door with 8-point security, with a large shoe shelf in front.

All accommodation units have mosquito nets on windows, WiFi internet and a private balcony with awning, sitting area and a drying rack. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after three days.

They have no yard or private parking, so sometimes it’s hard to find a vacant place during the season. However, large, free public parking is about 200m away.

Arriving from the direction of Nikiti, turn off the main road at the second entrance to Neos Marmaras and continue ahead for about 400m.

Teo Apartments is a good choice for guests who’d like to be near the city center with its rich offer and all amenities.
