Our description
Alexia Haus is a well-positioned and decent accommodation located in Neos Marmaras - close to the town center, but also the beach in the Paradissos area. It has well-maintained and very tidy accommodation units, most of which have a fascinating view of the open sea. The kind and helpful owners will do their best to make you feel extremely comfortable here.
The accommodation is located at the entrance of Neos Marmaras, about half a kilometer from the beach Paradissos and as much from the center of the resort with a rich and a diverse tourist offer. Pharmacy and supermarkets are only about 200m away.
The long and beautiful sandy city beach is about 1.5 km away.
It offers a total of 12 accommodation units arranged on the high ground floor, first and second floor.
Of the 11 rooms (which can accommodate two or three people), seven have a beautiful direct sea view, and four rooms are located at the back of the building.
Double rooms are equipped with double or two conected single beds and a drawer bed, while triple rooms can be a combination of one double and one single bed or three single beds (two of which are connected).
There is also an apartment located on the first floor, which has two separate bedrooms, one of which is equipped with two single beds, and the other one has a double bed and a balcony with sea view. The apartment can accommodate up to five people, because there is the possibility of adding an extra bed.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning, as well as a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer, and the balconies are equipped with table and chairs.
Since the accommodation units do not have a kitchen - guests have at their disposal a shared kitchen with a dining area within the building, equipped with a large stove with oven, kettle and coffee machine.
In the agreement with the owners, that live on the spot, there is a possibility of breakfast service in the snack bar, which is located on the high ground floor of the building.
A baby cot is not available and pets are not allowed.
Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen are done every 3 days.
Except for a little greenery in front of the building - the accommodation does not have another yard, but guests have at their disposal common rooms and furnished balconies, as well as barbecue.
Vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the villa.
If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, the easiest way to reach the accommodation is to turn right from the main road at the first entrance to Neos Marmaras.
Alexia Haus can be a good choice for guests who need a pleasant atmosphere and clean accommodation with sea view in a good location, and a shared kitchen is an acceptable option.

Owners description
Alexia Haus is the accommodation in the most beautiful part of Neos Marmaras, close to the center and beautiful Paradissos beach. The accommodation complex consists of 11 spacious rooms. Seven rooms have a fascinating sea view, and there's also one comfortable apartment for five people.
The atmosphere is cordial, friendly and familial, partly due to the fact that many guests return year after year.
City center and Paradissos beach are just 300m away, and the sea is at only 70m, so you will have a fantastic view of the peninsula Kassandra, tiny Kelyfos island and the turquoise blue Aegean sea. Nearby, you will find plenty of various shops, restaurants and cafes, i.e. everything you need during your stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
