Accommodation description

Near Neos Marmaras, just a few minutes away from the beach Tripotamos, in a quiet location, tucked away from the noise, there is Katerina House accommodation. It has a large and fenced yard with natural shade where your privacy is guaranteed, so it is an ideal choice for families and larger groups of people.

It is located at a distance of about 300m from the sandy beach, and about 2km from the beautiful beach Lagomandra. Nearby is one of the largest supermarket chains Lidl, which is about 4km away.

It is a house that is essentially a duplex apartment. The bedrooms have a double bed, while the living room has two sofas that can accommodate one person each. The accommodation is air conditioned and has TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has an induction cooktop and an oven, a large refrigerator with freezer as well as all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain and hairdryer. There is also the possibility of using a washing machine located in the pantry behind the house. It is also surrounded by a large and beautifully landscaped yard that is fenced, and has a porch in front of the entrance to the house with a table and chairs. Guests are provided with towels as well as bed linen that they change themselves and they are also in charge of taking care of the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. The owner has provided all the necessary cleaning products. Guests have at their disposal a baby cot upon request.

As for the parking space, you can park your car in the yard of the accommodation, which is spacious, and even has a mini orchard where you can pick some fruits.

Driving from the direction of Nikiti, after passing the Lagomandra Hotel, after 2km to the right is the street leading to the accommodation. Turn right into an unpaved street, then at the end of the street turn right again and at the end of that street you will notice the house.

Katerina House is ideal for those who are looking for spacious accommodation where they can have their privacy, as well as for whom the immediate vicinity of the beach is crucial.

Excellent accommodation—we truly enjoyed our stay. After the beach, the children played in the courtyard, which is well maintained, spacious, and lit up at night. The house has everything you could need. All praise to the owners—our stay felt just like being at home. We will surely return next year :)

A fantastic accommodation just five minutes on foot from the beach. It is a ten-minute walk from the beach bar in Camp Kastelo, which is very convenient. The owners of the house are extremely friendly and always at your service. The accommodation is highly functional and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. You change the linens and clean on your own, which was not a problem for me, as I prefer that no one enters the accommodation while I am away. The vast yard is perfect for barbecuing and socializing in larger groups, which does not bother the owners or the neighbor (only one nearby). Most evenings, we enjoyed the yard late into the night with music and drinks without anyone complaining. Due to the abundance of greenery, as the house is practically nestled in a small forest, the evening temperatures are ideal for sleeping without air conditioning. All in all, an excellent choice.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
