Theasis Apartments is a new and modernly equipped accommodation in Neos Marmaras, not far from the city center. It can be a good choice for guests who want to spend their vacation in a quiet location, and close to all the contents that this popular place has to offer.

It is about 1.3 km from the beautiful sandy beach Paradisos, and about 950 m from the city beach. The center is about 200m away, where you can find everything you need on vacation, such as a suoermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.

It offer two two-bedroom apartments, one for five and the other for four people, and one two-bed studio.

The five-bed apartment (Theasis 1) has one double bed in each bedroom and one sofa for one person in the living room with kitchen, the four-bed apartment (Theasis 2) has one double bed in each bedroom, and the two-bed studio (Theasis 3) has one double bed.

The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a built-in hob with four hotplates and a built-in oven, while in the studio there is a small fridge and a built-in hob with two hotplates. All kitchens have a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and necessary dishes.

Bathrooms in all accommodation units have a shower area separated by a glass partition.

All accommodation units have a balcony with a view of the yard, the street and the sea in the distance.

The guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene of the accommodation units, and towels and bed linen are changed upon request.

Private parking and a sitting area are available to the guests in a small, paved courtyard.

Coming from the direction of Nikiti, after passing the Paradissos supermarket, after about 60m turn right and continue straight to the first intersection and on the corner on the right you will see Theasis Apartments.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
