- Deposit—guarantee in the amount of 300€, which the owner keeps in case of damage, is paid no later than 1 day before arrival through a secure payment link (supported by Stripe) and is returned no later than 3 days after the guest' departure.
- The minimum stay period in August is four days, while for all other periods, it is three days.
- For reservations in the month of August, the deposit is non-refundable.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Thanks to its location away from the hustle and bustle of the town, guests can enjoy complete tranquility and a relaxed atmosphere. There are two available apartments, both structured as maisonettes. They are designed to accommodate up to seven adults and one child. Each unit includes a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. One apartment offers two double beds, two single beds, and a sofa, while the other features one double bed, four single beds, and a sofa.
A baby cot is available upon request, free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation includes AC units in the living room and all bedrooms. Molim vas za preciznu informaciju u vezi udaljenosti do najbliže - pješčane plaže. Koja je plaža i koliko je udaljena. Planiram biravak sa malim djetetom , pa mi je to važna i formacija
