Helen Sea View Studios is located in Neos Marmaras, on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula, 270m from the town beach and 700m from the city center.
Within this accommodation, there are six triple studios spread across the first and second floor. Each of them features a double bed and a single bed.
All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners and a kettle.
From the balconies furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy views of the Aegean blue and the town.
Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation with prior arrangement.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
