Description
Helen Sea View Studios is located in Neos Marmaras, on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula, 270m from the city beach and 700m from the city center.
Within this accommodation, there are six triple studios, spread across the first and second floor and equipped with a double bed and a single bed, as well as three double studios with two joined single beds, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
All studios are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners and a kettle.
From the balcony or veranda furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy views of the Aegean blue and the city. Only one triple bed studio and one double bed studio on the first floor do not have a sea view.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay, and towel and linen change is done upon request.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation. There is parking for two cars within the accommodation.
Thessaloniki International Airport is 109km away, while Toroni and Nikiti are about 20km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Da li imate smestajne jedinice od 17.07. do 23.07. ? Potrebne su nam dve smestajne jedinice. Za jednu porodicu je potreban jedan francuski lezaj i jedan samac,a za drugu porodicu samo francuski lezaj. Da li je udaljenost od plaze tacna? Obe porodice imaju malu decu. Srdacan pozdrav!
