Hotel Description

Candi Luxury Suites is a luxurious accommodation located in Neos Marmaras in a fantastic location (near the stadium), just a few steps from the sea. It offers modern and well-equipped accommodation units.

The small beach located right across from the accommodation is about 20m away, while the city sandy beach is about 250m away. The Paridisos beach is about 2km away. The town center with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, and all tourist attractions is about 700m away.

There are four apartments available. Two apartments (suites 1 and 2) are located on the second floor, each with one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for two in the living room. Two apartments (suites 3 and 4) are on the third floor and feature a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a double bed and a whirlpool tub (suite 4), while suite 3 has a jacuzzi on the balcony.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with an additional air conditioner in the bedroom, internet, two TVs, a hairdryer, toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, a large fridge with a freezer, a flat top with two ceramic hobs, a kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker in suites 1 and 2, while suites 3 and 4 only have a small fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom features a hydro massage column in the shower cabin, while suite 3 and 4 have a shower without a tub (only tiles) with a glass partition.

The balcony is furnished with a seating set where you can enjoy the direct view of the sea and magical sunsets.

As for parking, the accommodation has private parking in front of the building. Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, takes place every three to four days, depending on the length of the reservation. The owners can also provide a baby cot upon prior request.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
