The accommodation is 1.7 km from Paradisos Beach and just 600 meters from the town beach.

The apartment, accessible via 25 steps from street level, is situated in the basement of a building constructed on a sloped terrain. However, the balcony, accessible from the bedroom, is at the level of an elevated ground floor. This space, designed to host up to three adults and one child under three years of age, consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a single-person sofa.

A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request at no additional charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation has units in both the living room and bedroom. Guests have access to free WiFi, TVs in the living room and bedroom, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating, while enjoying a view of the courtyard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
