This accommodation is 1.7km from Paradisos Beach, while the beach in Neos Marmaras is 600m away.
The apartment, accessed from street level by 25 steps, is located in the basement of a building constructed on a sloping terrain, while the balcony, accessible from the bedroom, is at the level of the elevated ground floor. This accommodation, intended for up to three adults and a child up to three years old, comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for one person.
A baby cot and a high-feeding chair are available upon request and included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, offers guests free WiFi, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
