Selena Boutique Apartment is a modernly equipped accommodation located in a peaceful location in the town of Neos Marmaras, on Sithonia, 850m from the Paradisos beach and 550m from the port.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic glass hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom includes a shower tray without a tub with a glass partition.
On warm summer days, with a view of the street, guests can spend time on the balcony furnished with a seating set.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean. A fresh set of bed linen and towels is provided every four days, and guests replace them themselves.
Parking space is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is free parking available in the nearby streets.
