SeaSun Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, on Sithonia, 350 m from the beach and about 750 m from the city center. Modernly equipped and comfortable accommodation, ideal for enjoying with family and friends, perfectly combines comfort and privacy, creating a warm and pleasant environment for your stay.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room also has a sofa bed for two.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

From the balcony, equipped with a seating set, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the surroundings. Guests are provided with free use of sun loungers and umbrellas throughout their stay.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking available nearby.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
