SeaSun Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, on Sithonia, 350 m from the beach and about 750 m from the city center. Modernly equipped and comfortable accommodation, ideal for enjoying with family and friends, perfectly combines comfort and privacy, creating a warm and pleasant environment for your stay.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room also has a sofa bed for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
From the balcony, equipped with a seating set, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the surroundings. Guests are provided with free use of sun loungers and umbrellas throughout their stay.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.
SeaSun Apartment is 21 km away from Toroni, 20 km from Nikiti, and 108 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Everything was perfect. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, huge terraces with a beautiful view, 3 air conditioners, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a toaster, a coffee maker.. it is huge, much bigger than in the pictures, 6 people can be inside without any crowding. The hosts are wonderful, very kind, everything is clean and fragrant. The location of the accommodation is excellent because both the center and the beach are relatively close. If I came to Neos Marmaras again, I would stay in this accommodation.
