Neos Marmaras is one of the most attractive resorts on Halkidiki, renowned for its beautiful beaches and secluded coves, crystal-clear sea, lively promenade, and rich tourist offer. PortoDream Studios & Apartments offers eight accommodation units of various capacities, situated on the elevated ground floor, first floor, and attic level of the property. Due to the cascading terrain, the elevated ground floor corresponds to a high ground floor on one side of the building, while on the opposite side it is at the level of the first floor. The property offers double studios and one-bedroom apartments for up to four guests, designed to provide a comfortable and functional stay for couples and small families. The apartments consist of a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, while the studios feature an open-plan layout combining the sleeping area and kitchenette, along with a private bathroom. In the apartments, guests have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The studios are furnished with a double bed, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.

A baby cot is available upon request and with prior notice at the time of booking. Its use is included in the accommodation price.

The use of the air conditioning is included in the accommodation price, provided it is used in accordance with the house rules. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the owner reserves the right to charge an additional fee for its use. Free Wi-Fi internet, a Smart TV, and a hairdryer are also provided, while the kitchens feature two standard cooking hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster. In some accommodation units, a coffee machine is also available, giving guests everything they need for the daily preparation of beverages and simple meals.

The outdoor area has been designed to provide additional comfort and a pleasant space for relaxation. Each accommodation unit features a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings or relaxing evenings. Guests may also use the shared enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating, offering a pleasant setting for spending time outdoors and socializing in a relaxed atmosphere.

Pets are welcome upon prior request at the time of booking and are subject to an additional charge.

Accommodation units are cleaned daily. Bed linen is changed every three days, while towels are replaced every two days.

Private parking is not available. However, guests may park their vehicles free of charge along the nearby street, subject to availability.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
