By Deniz - By The Sea Room is located in Neos Marmaras, approximately 180 m from the sea. Perched on a hillside, the property offers its guests a beautiful panoramic sea view and a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Thanks to its peaceful location and proximity to the beach, it is an excellent choice for couples, families, and anyone wishing to enjoy a combination of comfort, privacy, and stunning coastal scenery. The modern accommodation units feature a warm and welcoming ambiance, while the property’s elevated position allows guests to enjoy sea views and the charm of Neos Marmaras at any time.

The property consists of two carefully designed accommodation units.

The first unit is a room located on the first floor, suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child up to eight years old. Upon entering the accommodation, there is a practical coffee station, while the bathroom is on one side and the separate bedroom on the other. The room features a double bed with a pull-out drawer bed intended for one child.

The second unit is an apartment located on the second floor. However, due to the house’s unique position on the hillside, it is accessed from ground level, while the balcony offers an elevated sea view. It can accommodate up to four adults and one child. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa suitable for two people and an armchair suitable for one child, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

Both accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer.

A washing machine is available in the first unit, while guests staying in the apartment can use a laundry service for an additional charge.

The room features a coffee station equipped with a kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Both accommodation units have a balcony furnished with outdoor seating, where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay. For stays of ten nights or more, the hosts provide an additional set of bed linen and towels so that guests can replace them themselves during their holiday.

One parking space is provided for each accommodation unit.

By Deniz - By The Sea Room enjoys an excellent location for exploring the eastern coast of Sithonia. The popular resort of Nikiti is approximately 20 km away, while Vourvourou, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, is about 22 km from the property. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Macedonia International Airport, located approximately 108 km away, making the accommodation easily accessible for guests arriving by air.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
