Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Neaktion Apartments is located in the heart of Nikiti, not far from the beach and promenade. It is adorned with spacious balconies, where you can enjoy a real Greek breakfast, prepared by the owners with a lot of love.
At about 300m away from the beach and promenade, and at an even shorter distance there is a large selection of taverns and supermarkets. The Vasilopoulos supermarket is 600m away, while the Galaksias and Lidl supermarkets are 900m and 1400m away.
The accommodation has four accommodation units: a double and a triple room, as well as two four-bed apartments.
The double room is on the ground floor and has a double bed, while the triple room, also on the ground floor, has a double bed and a sofa for one person. The bathroom has a fenced shower area with shower and curtain. They have access to fenced balconies with seating area and overlook a quiet street.
On the first floor there are one ordinary and one deluxe apartment. The ordinary apartment in the living room has a folding sofa bed (drawer bed), and in the bedroom it has a double bed. The deluxe apartment in the living room has a sofa bed, and in the bedroom there is a double bed. Both apartments have an enclosed shower tray and a curtain. The balconies of both apartments face a slightly busier street, but they are very spacious and have a seating area.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, toaster, stove, safe and mosquito nets, while only apartments, on the big balcony behind, have a kitchen with hot plates and large refrigerator. Laundry service is provided at an additional cost. Guests take care of hygiene themselves, while towels and bed linen are changed every four days by the owners.
As the accommodation does not have a yard or parking, you can park your vehicle along the street or across the street in a large public parking lot.
You will easily find accommodation from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you turn right at the traffic light from the main road to Nikiti, descend to the beach for the next 400m and on the right you will see the accommodation.

Neaktion B&B Apartments Postovani, da li smestaj ima , da ima klimu, wifi,, kuhinju,terasu i parking , datum moze da bude i 9 septembar ako je sve zauzeto za 07, ostali bi smo 9 ili 10 noci, nas je dvoje odraslih i dete od 4.5 godine, koja bi cena bila za nas troje? Hvala.
