If you are looking for accommodation on the beach, close to all the amenities of Nikiti, Karadimos Studios By The Sea can be a great choice for you - the beach is just across the road, the sea view is magical, the owners are kind ... Some of the benefits of accommodation are also wireless internet, mosquito nets, private terraces, high-level hygiene. Accommodation offers studios with equipped kitchen for two to four people, in the city center, but on a calmer side.
Located in the first row to the sea in Nikiti, it is just 300m from the bakery and the fruits&vegetable store Zorbas, as well from the promenade.
In the offer are six studios. Studios are triple and quadruple (27m2). All studios have a direct sea view, except two, one with a garden view, and the second with a side sea view. These two studios are somewhat narrower than the others and can be considered as studios for maximum two adults and one child (2+1). A triple studio with a side sea view has two terraces, one facing the neighboring courtyard and the other facing the sea. The ground floor is several steps above ground level.
Triple studios have three single beds or one double and a single bed, while quadruple have one double and two single beds. The terraces are spacious (3-4m2) and equipped with sitting furniture. All studios have an equipped kitchen with a mini-stove. A hairdryer and a baby cot are available on request. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three nights.
Private parking is available behind the house (however there is not enough space for all users on it, but the place can be found on the beach right in front of the accommodation) and there is also an outdoor shower.
The owners of this accommodation are producing honey and olive oil, which you can buy at affordable prices.
It is very easy to find this accommodation - after passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, just continue on the main road forward until you see the church by your right side. At the church, turn right and drive towards the sea to the end of this road, then turn left and drive about 260m forward, and you will see the Soula Rooms on the left.
Karadimos Studios By The Sea would be a good choice for everyone who prefers the vicinity of the beach and all the happenings in Nikiti.

Karadimos Studios By The Sea to let is built right in the front of the sea. It's 10 meters away. All rooms have TV, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, balconies and free WiFi internet.
The center of Nikiti with many shops, bars and restaurants is a short walk away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebna su tri apartmana ili studia od 5-15 septembra. 1). 2 odraslih i 1 dete (2 god) 2.) 2 odraslih i 1 dete (4 godine) 3.) 1 odrasli i 1 dete 13 godina( ovaj studio treba da je u prizemlju jer je dete u invalidskim kolicima)
