Anneta’s House is the accommodation in the center of Nikiti, at less than 100m from the sea. The ideal location, quality, attractive design and comfort are certainly the main advantages of this accommodation. The house is a newer building and it has studios for two to four persons and maisonettes for two to five persons. Accommodation units are clean, modern and tastefully decorated, air-conditioned, with mosquito nets and private terraces with seating sets.
The house is located 60m from the beach in Nikiti and about 100m from the supermarket Happy, taverns and cafes.
They offer three quadruple studios persons on the ground floor and three quintuple maisonettes persons on the first floor. Studios have one double and a folding sofa bed, and maisonettes have one double bed and a folding armchair on the first level, i.e double bed on the gallery (not separated from the rest of the room by a door or a wall). Studios have a street view, while maisonettes overlook the street and garden.
Accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, internet, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, mini-stove with ovenand necessary dishes, terrace with a seating set and an umbrella, mosquito nets and a bathroom. Bathrooms in studios have a shower cabin, while maisonettes have an edged showering area without curtain. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
They have no private parking nor yard, but there’s public parking lot at about 100m.
Pass through the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, take a right off the main road to Neakitou street and continue ahead until you reach the road along tjhe sea. Take a left, continue for 100m, turn left to the alley and 50m later you will be in front of the accommodation.

An excellent location, beautiful accommodation, and a gracious owner. The studio is regularly cleaned, and towels and bedding are changed frequently. A perfect ten.
