Palm Garden Apartment is a quality and tastefully furnished accommodation unit, located within small renting complex, near the beach in the heart of Nikiti. It is a new, modern, comfortable and bright apartment, located close to all the contents of this attractive and increasingly popular resort. Guests have at their disposal the entire ground floor with complete equipment, a private veranda and space in front of the apartment, as well as a secured parking space.

The accommodation is located about 240m from the beautiful city’s sandy beach, while the promenade area and the center of the town with rich and with a variety of tourist offers are at about 400m. The nearest bakery is about 150m away, and large, well-equipped supermarket of Masoutis chain is about 550m away.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen with a dining room and a sofa bed, and two separate bedrooms with a double bed each. The kitchen is fully equipped with two built-in hotplates, an oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin, hair dryer and washing machine.

The exits to private verandas equipped with seating in front of the accommodation are available from both bedrooms, as well as from the living room. The yard is fenced with greenery, the lawn is well maintained, and a private parking space is also available.

Guests are in charge of the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay, and clean bed linen and towels are available for replacement.

The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if, coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after entering Nikiti, you turn off the main highway near the Masoutis supermarket, and then continue straight along the street for about half a kilometer.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
