Accommodation Chalkidiki Summer Houses 1 in Nikiti offers four apartments for rent, for four and six persons, so privacy here is guaranteed. The units are air-conditioned, spacious, with wireless internet, mosquito nets and beautiful private terraces.
It is located 165m from the the city beach in Nikiti, and 300m from the grocery store and bakery Zorbas.
In the offer there are four apartments - two for four persons and two for six persons.
The quadruple apartments are located on the ground floor, they have a living room with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. In the living room with a kitchen, there is a folding sofa the same size as a double bed, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large fridge with a freezer and a kettle. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a large closet. The apartments have a washing machine and in the bathroom there is a shower tray with curtain.
The sextuple apartments are located on the first floor, they are arranged in the same way as a quadruple apartment, but with a gallery that that can be reached by ladders, on which one there are two single beds and a night table. The terrace is covered with awning and it has a sitting set.
All four apartments have mosquito nets, private terraces, air conditioners and wireless internet. Baby cot is available on request. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after four days.
Behind the accommodation, there is an organised garden with a lawn, where the children can play safely, but also the adults can enjoy the afternoon break there. The accommodation does not have a private parking, but, according to the owner, the parking lot can be found in the streets around the accommodation even in the high season.
When you pass the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, continue straight on the main road until you see the church on the right. At the church, turn right into Neakitou Street and go straight ahead until you reach the street along the beach, then turn right and drive 255m more. Behind the beach bar of Vertigo, turn left and drive straight 165m to the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Boravili smo u apartmanu na spratu. Veoma konforno i čisto. Imali smo francuski ležaj, i sofu koja je mogla da se razvlači i koja je bila super za decu. Na spratu smo imali još dva kreveta, tu su deca spavala posle podne jer im je bilo zabavno. Kuhinja sadrži sve što je potrebno, šporet sa ringlama i rernom, svo neophodno posuđe. U apartmanu smo imali i ves masinu koju nisam očekivala da ću koristi ali je ispalo otkrovenje. Parking smo uvek imali ispred kuće, a plažne rekvizite ostavljali u dvorištu. Sve pohvale za ljubaznog vlasnika, rado ćemo se vratiti ponovo

Bili smo smešteni u apartmanu na spratu.Apartman je prostran,čist,uredan,ima dve terase.Dvorište je takodje prostrano-savršeno za decu,a i odrasle.Blizu plaže i šetališta.Sve preporuke za smeštaj.

U ovom smeštaju smo drugi put. Smeštaj je prostran. Nameštaj je stariji ali je sve čisto i uredno i ima sve što je potrebno. Prednost su i velike terase.

Sa ovim smestajem sam apsolutno zadovoljna, ima apsolutno sve sto je potrebno za prijatan boravak. Sve je uredno i čisto, lepo organizovano. Udaljenost od plaze je na 2 min hoda. Vlasnici su jako ljubazni i predusetljivi (desilo se da se masina za ves pokvarila i vlasnik iako nije bio u gradu, poslao je sestru da nam da kljuceve od u tom momentu slobodnog apartmana kako bi oprali ves). Apartman ima dve terase, tako da u svakom momentu smo imali hlad na jednoj od terasa. Takodje tu je i malo dvoriste sa rostiljem, rostilj nismo koristili. Wifi je jako dobar, mi smo gledali filmove, pratili prenos tenis meča, sve preko interneta. Postoji i smart tv te se i tu moze gledati dosta sadrzaja. Preporucujem ovaj smestaj svima.
