It is located 165m from the the city beach in Nikiti, and 300m from the grocery store and bakery Zorbas.

In the offer there are four apartments - two for four persons and two for six persons.

The quadruple apartments are located on the ground floor, they have a living room with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. In the living room with a kitchen, there is a folding sofa the same size as a double bed, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large fridge with a freezer and a kettle. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a large closet. The apartments have a washing machine and in the bathroom there is a shower tray with curtain.

The sextuple apartments are located on the first floor, they are arranged in the same way as a quadruple apartment, but with a gallery that that can be reached by ladders, on which one there are two single beds and a night table. The terrace is covered with awning and it has a sitting set.

All four apartments have mosquito nets, private terraces, air conditioners and wireless internet. Baby cot is available on request.

Behind the accommodation, there is an organised garden with a lawn, where the children can play safely, but also the adults can enjoy the afternoon break there. The accommodation does not have a private parking, but, according to the owner, the parking lot can be found in the streets around the accommodation even in the high season.

When you pass the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, continue straight on the main road until you see the church on the right. At the church, turn right into Neakitou Street and go straight ahead until you reach the street along the beach, then turn right and drive 255m more. Behind the beach bar of Vertigo, turn left and drive straight 165m to the accommodation.

A comfortable apartment, friendly host, everything was excellent... The beach is just 2 minutes away from the accommodation.

Last August, we stayed in a ground-floor apartment. The location is excellent, with a spacious terrace, comfortable rooms, good amenities, a safe, a washing machine, an iron... a friendly host.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
