If you are looking for a spacious accommodation for a large family or a company, near the beach and in the center of Nikiti, Michalis House can be the perfect choice for you. This accommodation offers fully equipped, air-conditioned sextuple duplex apartment with washing machine, microwave, stove and internet, yet privacy and perfect location are just some of the benefits it offers.
Michalis House is located in the center of Nikiti, at just 40m from the sandy beach and promenade. The nearest Happy market, a bakery and a grocery store are about 200m away. The beach has a gradual entrance to the sea, and with the purchased drink in any of the cafes, you can use sunbeds and umbrellas.
There is one apartment on the high-ground floor (eight steps above the ground level), for a maximum of six adults and one child. The apartment is modernly and comfortably equipped, with a hygiene at a high level. It has two bedrooms with one double bed and wardrobe, while only one bedroom is air-conditioned. There is a TV, fireplace, a single bed, sofa bed and air conditioning in the living room, and the kitchen separated by the bar has a microwave, stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. There are a bathtub and a washing machine in the bathroom, and on the spacious and beautiful balcony with an awning, there is a sitting set. The internet is available and the windows and doors have mosquito nets.
Guests can use a barbecue and parking space in the fenced and concrete courtyard.
After passing a traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, drive straight ahead on the main road until you see the church on the right side. At the church turn to the right and drive towards the beach. When you reach the beach, turn right and drive for another 200m. After that, turn left and 40m later you'll see this accommodation.

This apartment (71m2) on the ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage room and large veranda. There are two double beds in the bedrooms, two single beds in the living room and a playpen. In the courtyard, guests can use a barbecue and private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
