Hotel Description

Nikiti House 2 is located in a quiet part of Nikiti. It is an ideal choice for everyone who wants to spend their vacation away from the crowds and noise in newer accommodation.

The most beautiful part of the city beach - Saint George is about 650m away, while the larger supermarkets - Lidl and Masoutis are about 1.5km away, and the town center is about 2km away.

It offers only one apartment (40m2) on the first floor. It is equipped with one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two persons in the room with kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and other necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower tray. The apartment has air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer and balcony with table and chairs. A baby cot can be added on request. Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning is done after three days.

In the yard there is a barbecue and private parking lot. Pets are not allowed.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
