Nikiti Seafront Maisonette is located in a private complex in Nikiti, next to the beach, separated just by the road. It’s a great choice for guests who are looking for a high-quality accommodation by the beach and promenade, with complete comfort and privacy. Its maximum capacity is six persons.

The maisonette is located in about 60m from the city beach, 450m from a bakery and 750m from the supermarket Masoutis. The beach in front of the maisonette is sandy, with pebbles in the first few meters of the sea.

The maisonette (60m2) is facing the sea and it can accommodate up to five persons. Maisonette was renovated in 2015, it’s well-maintained, very neat and clean. Until 2018, it was used exclusively by the owners for a 10-day holiday during the summer, therefore it’s fully equipped and well preserved. The maisonette has two levels, two terraces and two verandas.

The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchen and a toilet with a sink and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, toaster, filter coffee machine, an electric mixer for Nes coffee, complete utensils and dishes for preparing meals, electric kettle and a fridge with freezer. In the living room, there are two sofa beds, one for an adult and the other one for a child. From the living room, there’s an exit to a very beautiful veranda overlooking the landscaped courtyard and the sea. The porch and courtyard are equipped with seating sets. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own terrace and a wardrobe. The bedroom with one double bed has a terrace with a beautiful direct sea view, awning (from the lateral side as well) and comfortable sitting set. The bedroom with two comfortable single beds has a smaller terrace overlooking the peaceful part of the village. The bathroom is located between two bedrooms and it has a shower tray. On the steps leading down to the living room, there are protective doors in order to avoid little children going downstairs without the parents.

Amenities include WiFi internet, a playpen and high chair, hairdryer, iron, two air-conditioners, private parking and mosquito nets on the doors. Cleaning, as well as replacment of bed linen and towels, guests do by themselves, the owners provide a set of clean bed linen and towels after five nights.

The yard in front of the house has a beautiful lawn, it’s enclosed and secure, just perfect for children to play and adults to socialize. In the back of the house (where the entrance is) there’s another veranda (almost always in the shade) with a sitting set and a built-in barbecue. This part of the yard is extremely pleasant.

After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, continue ahead until you see the church on your right. Turn right and drive ahead towards the beach. Then turn left and drive for about 250m until you reach this accommodation.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
