Accommodation description

Annio Studios is an accommodation on a quiet location in Nikiti, about 300m from the sea. Tucked in a beautifully landscaped and enclosed backyard full of greenery, with a gazebo and a built-in barbecue, this accommodation is a true oasis a step away from all the amenities of a charming Nikiti. The kind owner is always at your service.

The city beach is about 300m away, Zorbas bakery and pizzeria are at about 140m, and supermarket Masoutis is about 500m away (below the main road).

There eight studios for 2-4 people. Four are on the first floor and five are on the second floor.

Triple studio no. 1 has three single beds, double studio no. 3 has two single beds and the triple studio no. 4 has one double and a single bed. Double studio no. 11 has two connected single beds, triple studio no.12 has two connected single beds and a folding armchair suitable for adults, quadruple studio no. 13 has one double bed and two folding armchairs, double studio no. 14 has two connected single beds, and the triple studio no. 15 has two single beds and a folding armchair.

The apartment is located on the first floor on the back side and it has one double, two single beds and a folding armchair.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, a kitchen with two hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment and necessary utensils, bathroom with a shower cabin and a private balcony with awning, seating area and drying rack.

The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and safe, with a gazebo and baldachins, built-in barbecue, a lawn and a private parking for all guests.

Towels, bed linen are changed every four days and the cleaning service is also done then.

After you see the church on the right side of the main road in Nikiti, turn right towards the sea and continue ahead for about 550m. Turn left and drive for another 100m until you reach Annio Studios.

Studio No. 15, suitable for two persons, boasts excellent dimensions and ample storage space. The double bed is spacious and comfortable, as is the bathroom. The terrace is enormous, covered with tiles, and remains shaded at all times.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations; it was comfortable, tidy, and the hosts were kind and pleasant. They were literally available every day to clean the room. I would recommend it to everyone, and everything is nearby.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
