A lovely accommodation (even better than the pictures can convey), located in a tranquil part of Nikiti with its own parking. Everything is within reach, yet there is no crowd. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The hosts are very kind. An excellent setting for a perfect getaway.

The parking for the car is perfect, and the owners of the apartment are incredibly kind. Above all, I wish to commend the owner of the apartment and your agency, which is very professional and responsible. We experienced an unpleasant situation upon entering Greece; we were robbed in front of the restroom at the Evzoni border crossing. Thieves unlocked our car and within five minutes stole a bag that contained money and locked the car again. I hope that the authorities will take measures to reduce such robberies, as I have realized that there have been many more this year than in previous years, and people are complaining. Your service is impeccable, and I extend all praises from myself and many of my friends who have booked through your agency. We stayed in a three-bed studio number 4 on the ground floor. The yard is excellent, there is always parking available, but the studio was too small. The large terrace is a plus. I would come back again.

The accommodation is situated in a tranquil location, close to the beach, and the hosts are exceptionally kind. There is ample private parking available. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I believe that this accommodation is overpriced and should cost at least 40% less. The only advantages are parking and tranquility. In other accommodations in Nikiti, for the same price, we could have: hosts who know at least a bit of English, a better-equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave...), a bathroom that doesn’t smell of mold, towels changed every 3 days instead of every 5, a yard with some purpose, two rooms instead of one, and hosts who do not make noise in the yard until 11 PM. I would not return to this accommodation again.

We enjoyed our vacation in Nikiti; it was our first time visiting this town. The Annio studio is truly beautiful and tidy, and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, complemented by a spacious terrace with a dining table. We communicated with the owner through her daughter, who speaks English; both were exceptionally kind and accommodating (we remembered at the last minute that we needed a crib for the baby, and they promptly assisted us). I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a family vacation, with the note that for a holiday in August, it is advisable to plan trips to the beach by car.

Annio Studios is a truly beautiful accommodation. The hosts are exceptionally kind, and both the apartments and the building are well-maintained and clean; bed linens and towels are changed every five days. The courtyard is lovely, and the hosts regularly maintain and water the plants, creating a lush green environment. The villa offers parking, which is excellent, and the apartments are equipped with mosquito nets (which is very important). The terraces are spacious, and cleanliness is paramount. The only downside is that they are a bit far from the beach; personally, it doesn't bother me, but when you have small children who refuse to walk and need to be carried, it can be tiring. Overall, we are very satisfied. Nikiti is beautiful, of course.

An ideal accommodation for everyone! Guests arriving by car have access to parking! Although it is not in the center, it feels like it is, as everything is nearby and there is no noise, neither during the day nor at night.

My family and I visited Annio Studio in September 2019, accompanied by our friends and their children, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and there was ample space in the courtyard for parking and play; my son enjoyed playing there in the middle of the day. The location is very close to the beach, patisserie, and taverns. It was a quiet area where we enjoyed barbecuing, and you can purchase olive oil from this property, which left us with a very positive impression.
