Description
Marietta's Apartment is located on the main road in the heart of Nikiti. It is a comfortable and neat apartment on the upper floor, decently equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The city beach is about 850m away, and the apartment is located above the pharmacy, next to the bank and close to the post office, fish market, numerous bakeries, pastry shops, taverns, fast food restaurants, tourist stores and markets.
The apartment can accommodate up to five persons, and it consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, large fridge with freezer, all necessary dishes), separate bedroom, bathroom and a nice small balcony. In the bedroom there are two single beds, while the living room has one single bed and one sofa bed with an extra drawer bed under it.
The covered balcony is equipped with a sitting set and a laundry drying rack. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. The apartment is air conditioned, it has two TVs, internet access, shutters and mosquito nets.
There is no yard, but a parking space in front of the property is provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
