Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Sera Nata House is a newly built and modernly furnished accommodation on a quiet location in Nikiti. There are three air-conditioned, comfortable and fully equipped accommodation units for 4-5 persons, with internet access, washing machine, private parking. The landscaped and safe courtyard with a gazebo in it is ideal for hours of complete relaxation after returning from the beach.
Accommodation is about 270m away from the main road, where you can find numerous coffee shops, markets, pharmacies. The city beach is about 450m away.
Sera Nata House 2 has a studio for four people (Loft Studio), apartment for four people (Memories Apartment) and apartment for five people (Olive Tree Apartment).
Loft Studio (approximately 38m2) has one double bed on the gallery and air-conditioned living room with folding sofa bed for 1-2 more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen - with a small oven with hotplates, a large fridge with freezer, all necessary dishes and utensils - and a bathroom with a shower tray and washing machine.
Memories apartment (approximately 51m2) has a separate bedroom with one double bed and a spacious air-conditioned living room with two sofa beds (one is with an extra drawer bed) for 2-3 more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen - with a small oven with hotplates, a large fridge with freezer, all necessary dishes and utensils - and a bathroom with a shower tray and washing machine.
OliveTree apartment (approximately 50m2) has two air-conditioned bedrooms with one double bed in each of them, and a spacious living room with a folding sofa bed for 1-2 more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen - with a small oven with hotplates, a large fridge with freezer, all necessary dishes and utensils - and a bathroom with a shower tray and washing machine.
All accommodation units have private terraces with outdoor sitting sets, hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV. Baby cot is available on request.
In front of the accommodation there is a fenced, beautifully landscaped courtyard with gazebo and nice lawn, ideal for afternoon relaxation. On guests' disposal is also a barbecue. Parking is provided for all guests.
You will find this accommodation (on the left) if you turn right in Nikiti from the main road right after you pass coffee shop Mikel, and just continue forward about 270m.
