Our description

Sera Nata House is a newly built and modernly furnished accommodation on a quiet location in Nikiti. There are three air-conditioned, comfortable and fully equipped accommodation units for 4-5 persons, with internet access, washing machine, private parking. The landscaped and safe courtyard with a gazebo in it is ideal for hours of complete relaxation after returning from the beach.

Accommodation is about 270m away from the main road, where you can find numerous coffee shops, markets, pharmacies. The city beach is about 450m away.

Sera Nata House 2 has a studio for four people (Loft Studio), apartment for four people (Memories Apartment) and apartment for five people (Olive Tree Apartment).

Loft Studio (approximately 38m2) has one double bed on the gallery and air-conditioned living room with folding sofa bed for 1-2 more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen - with a small oven with hotplates, a large fridge with freezer, all necessary dishes and utensils - and a bathroom with a shower tray and washing machine.

Memories apartment (approximately 51m2) has a separate bedroom with one double bed and a spacious air-conditioned living room with two sofa beds (one is with an extra drawer bed) for 2-3 more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen - with a small oven with hotplates, a large fridge with freezer, all necessary dishes and utensils - and a bathroom with a shower tray and washing machine.

OliveTree apartment (approximately 50m2) has two air-conditioned bedrooms with one double bed in each of them, and a spacious living room with a folding sofa bed for 1-2 more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen - with a small oven with hotplates, a large fridge with freezer, all necessary dishes and utensils - and a bathroom with a shower tray and washing machine.

All accommodation units have private terraces with outdoor sitting sets, hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV. Baby cot is available on request.

In front of the accommodation there is a fenced, beautifully landscaped courtyard with gazebo and nice lawn, ideal for afternoon relaxation. On guests' disposal is also a barbecue. Parking is provided for all guests.

You will find this accommodation (on the left) if you turn right in Nikiti from the main road right after you pass coffee shop Mikel, and just continue forward about 270m.

OliveTree apartment (50m2) is a brand new and tastefully decorated, with two air-conditioned double bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 more people. It also features a fully equipped kitchen and a WC with shower and washing machine.

Loft Studio (38m2) is a brand new and tastefully decorated, with a double bed on a loft area and an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 more people. It also features a fully equipped kitchen and a WC with shower and washing machine.

High-speed WiFi internet, 24/7 surveillance by security cameras around the perimeter and private parking area are included in the price. The apartments and studio are on the ground floor of a luxury house in the center of Nikiti. Sera Nata House 2 is 400m from the marina, while the post office, a pharmacy, supermarkets and the main road are only a short distance away.
