Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
The accommodation of Eleni Beach Apartments is located on the very beach and is ideal for a peaceful family vacation. The spacious and fully equipped apartments are situated in a family house of hospitable owners in a weekend settlement near Nikiti.
The property is situated right on the shore, while the city beach and the center of Nikiti with a promenade and a multitude of shops, taverns, bakeries, bars, and restaurants are slightly over 2km away.
There are two high-quality, fully equipped, and airy apartments on offer.
Apartment number 1 (60m2) is suitable for the accommodation of four people. The living room features a corner settee suitable for sleeping, a small table, air conditioning, and a TV. The kitchen is sufficiently large and fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, high-quality dishes, an extractor hood, a stove with 4 burners, a turbo oven, a refrigerator with a separate freezing compartment, and a dining table for four people. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed. There are mosquito nets on all windows and entrance doors.
Apartment number 2 (60m2) can accommodate five people (two adults + three children). It is identically equipped as Apartment 1, except that instead of a corner settee, there are two separate beds in the living room.
The apartments are air-conditioned and have internet, TVs, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchens, and bathrooms with bathtubs. Clean bed linen and towels are available for replacement, and guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation unit during their stay. A baby cot is available upon request.
Guests also have access to private parking, a large landscaped yard with a lawn, trees, and flowers, a barbecue area, a private beach, sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a washing machine in each accommodation unit.
You will find the property below the main highway, about 5km after passing the exit for Metamorfosi when coming from Thessaloniki.
