Victoria Studio is located in a peaceful part of Nikiti. It exudes comfort and cleanliness, and if you are seeking accommodation that is tastefully furnished with quality furniture pieces, then it is the ideal choice for you.
The property is approximately 450m away from the nearest pebble beach, and about 900m away from the sandy city beach in Nikiti. The center and promenade, where you can easily reach all the amenities that this place offers (taverns, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, etc.), are also at the same distance. A well-equipped supermarket is located about 600m away.
Victoria Studio offers a single quadruple studio (20m2) located on the raised ground floor. It features a double bed and a sofa on which two people can sleep.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a glass partition.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and has internet access, as well as a safety deposit box. It also has a balcony with a street view.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are not changed during the stay. If you desire an additional set of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning service, there is an extra charge.
The owners can provide a baby cot if needed, but pets are not allowed.
As for parking, you don't have to worry because the accommodation has private parking and a fenced yard.
You will easily find the accommodation by turning right at Mikel cafe from the main road, then taking the third street on the right, followed by the second street on the left, and finally the first street on the right. The accommodation will be on your left-hand side.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Poštovani, Hteli bi da proverimo da li je slobodan smeštaj 12- 22.08.2023. Polazak može biti i 13 ili 14.08 na 10 dana, dvoje odraslih i 3 dece. Bitno je da kreveti za decu nisu na sprat, već klasični. Da li postoji dvorište ili terasa i može da s koristi za igru dece. I kolilo je udaljeno od centra mesta? Ima li u samom mestu sadržaja za decu, luna park ili sl. Hvala
