Our description
Meltemia House is an accommodation located near the beach in one of the most sought after locations in Nikiti, in the heart of the place. These are comfortable and tidy accommodation units, which are decently equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The accommodation is extremely well positioned - it is located at a distance of less than 100m from the city's sandy beach and promenade, and about 50m from a well-stocked supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, fast food restaurant, pizzeria and tavern.
It offers a total of four accommodation units - two studios with a gallery on the ground floor, and two apartments on the first floor.
Studio no.1 on the ground floor has a sofa bed in the kitchen, while the gallery has one double and one single bed. The porch equipped with a seating area is located in front of the entrance from the front of the building.
Studio no.2 is also located on the ground floor and has two sofa beds, one for one and one for two persons, in the kitchen, while the gallery has one double bed. The porch equipped with a seating area is located at the back of the building.
In the kitchens of the studio, there are two hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and in the bathrooms there is a shower tray with a curtain.
Apartment no.4 on the first floor consists of a living room with a kitchen that has a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with two hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and the bathroom has a glass shower cabin. In front of the apartment there is a common area equipped with table and chairs.
Apartment no.3 on the first floor consists of a living room with a kitchen that has a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a large refrigerator with freezer, and the bathroom has a glass shower cabin. In addition to a common seating area in front, this apartment also has a private balcony.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning. A hairdryer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available.
A baby cot is available upon request, and small pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owner.
Clean bed linen and towels are available every five days, and the replacement is done by guests who also take care of the room hygiene during their stay by themselves.
The property does not have a landscaped yard, and guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.
The easiest way to find accommodation is if after the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right from the main road into Neakitou Street and drive straight for some 600m (on the left you will see a children's playroom), and then turn right.
If you need finely equipped and good accommodation near the beach, and one step away from all the events and the entire tourist offer of Nikiti - Meltemia House may be a good choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je simpatican, blizu plaze, opremljen svime sto je potrebno. Dva apartmana u smestaju nemaju terasu, sto za rucavanja je na zajednickoj terasi... Za turiste koji nisu mnogo zahtevni odlican, kuhinja lepo opremljena svime sto je potrebno,enterijer vrlo lep,sve u apartmanu je funkcionalno

Vrlo smo zadovoljni boravkom u ovoj vili, hvala Nikana za pomoc pri nalazenju smestaja na ovoj odlicnoj lokaciji i sto je sve teklo ko podmazano.

Boravili smo u st. br. 2 u prizemlju, studio je izuzetno mali kada su kreveti rasklopljeni bukvalno nemate prostora da prodjete do terase. Na terasi sto jako malen, ima dovoljno mesta da 5 osobe postave šoljicu za kafu. Na galeriji je pretoplo jer klima ne može da rashladi gornji deo. U sklopu kuhinje je neudoban kauč kao i fotelja, bukvakno se spava na 10 cm sundjera. Ovaj studio nikako nije za 5 osoba ovo je 2+1 ali ga oni uredno prodaju u petokrevetni.

Dobar dan! Interesuje nas smeštaj u ovom objektu za dve četveročlane porodice. U pitanju su po dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece po porodici. 15 i 12 godina i 13 i 6 godina. Da li imate slobodna dva apartmana za naše uslove? Hvala na odgovoru.
