An exceptional accommodation. One of those places you long to return to.

Accommodation by the beach, with sun loungers and a residence tax included in the price. Across from the accommodation, there is a restaurant. All in all, PEACE, PEACE, PEACE, and the proximity to the beach are exactly what we needed. Yes, we rented a small boat from the host to explore the beaches on the island across the way.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, featuring its own private beach. The apartment is well-equipped and contains everything one might need. Hygiene is maintained at a high standard, with cleaning conducted every three days, and towels and bed linens are changed regularly. The owners are exceptionally kind and hospitable, available at any moment for anything you might need. It is ideal for families with small children! There are mosquitoes, but the windows and doors are fitted with screens, so generally, there are no issues. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation offers everything one might need; it may be slightly more expensive, but that is the price for this period and for the accommodation that opens onto its own beach. Those planning to explore the island will not spend much time on this beach, as it is the least attractive, though it is excellent for families with small children, especially if they come with another couple, allowing them to stay put. The sea is shallow, with a sandy beach and a long shallow area. However, we visited in September when the winds and rains began, resulting in large waves at this beach; perhaps the only larger waves were at Sarti and Kriaritsi beaches. Therefore, it is not the best option for a beach with small children in September when the weather is unpredictable. The location of Vurvuru is excellent if you wish to explore the island, as you can head north towards Lagonisi and beyond, as well as towards Neos and Sarti; the furthest travel time is about an hour. Conversely, if you are near Neos, you cannot easily reach Sarti via the lower road due to numerous "off-road" sections, making the lower left part of the island completely impractical and impassable in my opinion, so it is better to be accommodated up north if you plan to explore. We reached Azapiko beach, but further towards Kalamitsi is quite off-road; in some areas, you can no longer proceed, for instance, there was a sign on the way to Diaporti indicating that it was private property and passage was prohibited, etc. ADVANTAGES The kitchen is well-equipped. The stove works excellently. Room service is outstanding; they clean well and neatly organize items if they find, for instance, toys scattered around the room. They did not make an issue of chocolate stains; I assume they managed to wash them out, and the sheets and towels were snow-white. The beach has sun loungers in the shade, both because they are closely placed and because the reception area casts shade over that part. The beach is sandy with shallow water. The location is good for excursions, and for those who want to go with children without the constant distractions of carnival rides, ice creams, toys, and so forth, where children are always asking for something. There is nothing here, total tranquility, just restaurants and a few markets. DISADVANTAGES The yard and parking are not shaded during the peak sun hours, which is important when vacationing with children, especially if someone returns to the accommodation during the hottest part of the day, so they do not have to go into the room but can let the kids stay outside. The covered seating area in the yard was occupied by drying racks on which towels were hung after room service. The freezer in the refrigerator did not cool properly (room number 3 on the first floor), making it impossible to buy meat at Lidl to freeze and use over the entire 10 days. A wooden spoon was missing in the kitchen; everything else was available. The sink easily clogs with sand when washing off after swimming, causing the water to drain slowly. When the wind blows, there are large waves on the beach; at such times, it is advisable to head towards Nikiti and Neos, and Karidi, which is just 2 minutes from the accommodation, might also be a good option as the waves there are relatively low. Vurvuru itself lacks proper sidewalks, making it less suitable for strolling, requiring caution with small children.

Everything was as described in the accommodation. We are extremely satisfied. The location of the accommodation is outstanding. From the yard directly onto the sand and into the sea. Sun loungers are provided, along with a clean beach and clear water. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped.

Spotless! For three days, the room feels as if you are in a hotel. On a beautiful beach, right next to the beach bar, across from the gyro place, 450m from the store, beside the amusement park and restaurants. The landlady is invisible yet always available for any assistance. A paradise for small children.

The location, courtyard, beach... Everything is truly beautiful. The well-maintained courtyard leads directly to the beach. For parents with small children, this is absolutely phenomenal. The studios - apartments are nothing special, but they are spacious enough and well-furnished for a vacation stay. Next to it, there is a snack bar, and across the street, there is a fast food place (gyros, souvlaki...). All in all, an ideal spot for a holiday.

Perfect!!! Everything else is superfluous. Access to a private beach, personal loungers, and never having to deal with crowds come highly recommended.
