Our description

Lazaros Apartments & Studios is the accommodation on the beach in Vourvourou, in the first row to the sea, without a road between, so some of the accommodation units have a fantastic sea view. Tucked away in a beautifully landscaped courtyard full of greenery, this accommodation can be a good choice for guests looking for a peaceful holiday close to the beach.

The closest grocery store is about 200m away, as well as the tavern.

There are six accommodation units available. Two quadruple apartments (35m2) on the ground floor have two single beds in the kitchen and one double bed in the bedroom. Four triple studios (25m2), two on the first and two on the second floor, have one double bed and a single bed.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet and mosquito nets. The apartments have a large fridge in the kitchen, while in the studios the fridge is small, still, all accommodation units have a mini-stove with oven. In the bathrooms, there's a shower with an edged shower area and a curtain. There's slightly less daylight in the apartments due to their position and the window size. There are cloth dryers on the terraces. Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done after three days.

Private parking, large lawn, sitting area and barbecue facilities are available in the yard.

The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy, not wide, while the depth is gradual. Sunshades and deck chairs are available to guests of this accommodation free of charge.

After passing the market on the main road in Vourvourou, turn to the left and drive for another 1,5km until you reach the accommodation on your left-hand side.

Lazaros Apartments & Studios is a self-catering unit situated in the heart of Vourvourou, the area known as a quiet and scenic summer resort on the Halkidiki Peninsula. The sheltered, shallow and warm front from the little beach is convenient for children and adults who want to enjoy the beach any time of day, without tiring travel.

In 1963, the founder of the company Mr Lazarus discovered Vourvourou and was enchanted by the beauty of the landscape. A man with long experience in hotel occupation at historic hotels in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, envisioned in 1980 to build a shelter in the midst of an era, where hotels were unavailable or few (2-3) in the region. Vision to offer genuine friendly hospitality to all those who love nature and want to spend their summer holidays in a friendly, family atmosphere. Over the years the Lazaros, established in the minds of customers, as a synonym for good hospitality in the region, while it hosted celebrities from all over Greece and abroad. Since 2000, the accommodation is run by his son and his wife.

In 2005 we went not only renovated Lazaros (adapting it to modern requirements) but also constructed a new, modern and fresh building, the Elenas, obtainable mainly for pairs or very small families. Thus continuing the tradition of thirty years of hospitality, we hope to maintain the same spirit and the philosophy which once Lazaros started. Our ambition is that each of you feels welcome and at home, offering the warmth of home along with all of those simple comforts you need to spend a pleasant holiday.

Lazaros offers two apartments on the ground floor, for four people, ideal for families (35m2 each) and four studios (25m2 each) on the first and second floor, for 2-3 persons.

Apartments consist of a room with two single beds, kitchen with electric stove and oven, medium-sized refrigerator and everything you need to prepare s meal and enjoy the local products, individual air-conditioning, TV, bath with shower and a bedroom with one double bed. On the stone paved floor in front of the apartments have these on a wooden table with chairs.

All studios consist of one room equipped with one double and a single bed, kitchen with electric stove and oven, small fridge and all the necessities for meal preparation, individually controlled air conditioning, TV, private bathroom with shower, balcony with a sea view and a wooden table with chairs.

Both apartments and studios have a possibility of adding a single bed if necessary (with extra charge). We also provide a cot (baby bed) at no extra charge.
