Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Lazaros Apartments & Studios is the accommodation on the beach in Vourvourou, in the first row to the sea, without a road between, so some of the accommodation units have a fantastic sea view. Tucked away in a beautifully landscaped courtyard full of greenery, this accommodation can be a good choice for guests looking for a peaceful holiday close to the beach.
The closest grocery store is about 200m away, as well as the tavern.
There are six accommodation units available. Two quadruple apartments (35m2) on the ground floor have two single beds in the kitchen and one double bed in the bedroom. Four triple studios (25m2), two on the first and two on the second floor, have one double bed and a single bed.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet and mosquito nets. The apartments have a large fridge in the kitchen, while in the studios the fridge is small, still, all accommodation units have a mini-stove with oven. In the bathrooms, there's a shower with an edged shower area and a curtain. There's slightly less daylight in the apartments due to their position and the window size. There are cloth dryers on the terraces. Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done after three days.
Private parking, large lawn, sitting area and barbecue facilities are available in the yard.
The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy, not wide, while the depth is gradual. Sunshades and deck chairs are available to guests of this accommodation free of charge.
After passing the market on the main road in Vourvourou, turn to the left and drive for another 1,5km until you reach the accommodation on your left-hand side.
