Falcone Resident Villa is located at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts, in Nikiti, a place nestled in greenery and pine trees, with a beautifully landscaped and long promenade full of bars, restaurants, pastry shops, and taverns, as well as a beautiful, long, sandy beach with turquoise water, from which this accommodation is 220m away.
The apartment, designed for a maximum of ten adults, is structured as a maisonette on two levels. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a toilet, a living room with a kitchen, and a bedroom with its own bathroom, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there is a bathroom and four bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms. The four bedrooms of this villa have a double bed each, while in the fifth bedroom, there are two single beds, either joined or separated.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi internet, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and each bedroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, overlooking the yard and the pool, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
In the nicely landscaped and maintained yard, you can cool off in the pool, relax on sun loungers by the pool, or enjoy barbecue preparation with family and friends.

For stays longer than seven days, cleaning of accommodation units, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done upon guests' request, while for shorter stays, cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are not provided.
Two parking spaces are provided for guests of the accommodation in the parking lot in front of the property.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
