Our description

Lion Villa is a two-storey house on the highway in Nikiti. It can be suitable for larger families or friend groups that prioritize peace and isolation from noise and events on vacation. Lidl is located a few meters from the house, and the center of Nikiti is 1.5 km away from the accommodation.

The house is about 1.2 km away from the sandy beach and the promenade in Nikiti, and there you will find plenty of supermarkets, taverns, bars, while the nearest bakeries are on the main road, a few hundred meters from the property.

The house consists of the ground floor, first and second floor.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, dinning area with table and chairs, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a large stove with an oven and four hotplates, a kettle, a toaster and necessary dishes, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

On the first floor there is a kitchenette with a table and a corner sofa, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed that has access to a balcony with sea view from afar, and a bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine.

The house is air-conditioned, it has TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and the owners can provide a baby cot free of charge.

The cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, are done every 3 nights.

The house has a fenced yard, where guests have access to a private parking lot, a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a sauna and a hammam.

This accommodation could be a good choice for guests who value peace and a nicely decorated interior during their vacation.

If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, you will find the facility most easily across from Lidl, on the highway.

Villa Lion is located between Nikiti and Agios Ioannis with a perfect view over the Toroneos bay. Villa has a parking space for minimum 3 cars, a BBQ area, a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a sauna and hammam. The house has three floors. The ground floor offers a spacious kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The staircase leads to the first floor where there is a kitchenette, a sitting area, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor offers a master bedroom and a spacious bathroom equipped with a washing machine. Basket breakfast delivery is offered and included in the rate.
