Hotel Description

Theano Suites is a newly built accommodation in Nikiti. It offers luxurious accommodation units that can accommodate up to four people. It can be an excellent choice for those for whom quality, comfort, and hygiene are paramount.

The accommodation is located about 500m away from the sandy city beach and the well-maintained promenade, which easily leads to numerous bars, restaurants, pastry shops, taverns, and children’s facilities. A very well-equipped store of the well-known Masoutis chain and the Galaxias supermarket are located at a distance of about 550m, and a little further away is the Lidl supermarket.

There are a total of sixteen four-bed units. Four four-bed studios in the basement have one double bed and a sofa bed, five four-bed standard studios on the first floor have one double bed and a slightly smaller sofa bed, five four-bed comfort apartments on the second floor have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area, one four-bed studio with a veranda is also located on the second floor and has one double bed and a sofa bed, and one four-bed maisonette has a double bed and a jacuzzi on the lower level, while on the upper level where the kitchen is located there is a sofa bed.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, a standard-sized refrigerator, a built-in stovetop with two burners, a coffee machine, and a toaster. In the bathrooms, the four-bed studios in the basement and one four-bed comfort apartment have a shower with a glass partition, while the others only have a shower and an unenclosed shower area. Hairdryers are available to guests, and there is also a laundry service.

The studios are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and daily cleaning of the accommodation is provided.

There is a shared barbecue in the fenced yard, as well as a seating set, and private parking is located across the street.

We recommend Theano Suites primarily to those who want to spend a peaceful vacation in quality and modern accommodation.

To reach the accommodation, after the Galaxias supermarket, turn right into the first street, drive for about 550m, then turn slightly right and immediately on the right side, you will see Theano accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
