Welcome to ACTA, located in Nikiti, 300 meters from the beach, rooms and suites which offer you a lavish vacation and unrivaled luxury.
Feel the warm rays of the sun and enjoy the relaxing sound of cicadas and explore the crystal waters of Sithonia.
Our philosophy promotes tranquility and comfort. Shaped by values such as hospitality and friendship. ACTA provides a safe environment to relax and restore your energy.
We offer two maisonettes intended for a total of five people and two studios - two-bed and three-bed.
Double studio - Equal
One double bed is available. What sets it apart is the adaptability of this studio for people with disabilities. It has a ramp, as well as a fully adapted bathroom.
Three-bed studio - Elegant
The bed has one double bed and one sofa-bed intended for one person.
Five-bed studio - Family
This is a maisonette. On the ground floor there is a kitchen as well as a living room with a double bed and a folding armchair, while on the first floor(which is not separated by a door)there is another double bed.
Five-Bed Studio - Deluxe
It is also a two-story unit, without a door separating the rooms. There is one double bed, one sofa intended for two people and one folding armchair.
All units have air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, safe, TV, hair dryer.
All units have a kitchen equipped with two hotplates, a standard fridge and freezer, an espresso machine and a kettle. In addition to the espresso machine, the Family and Deluxe units also have a regular coffee machine.
Each bathroom has a shower cabin enclosed by a single glass partition.
The two-floor units also have terraces. The "Family" unit has a sea view from the window.
Within the complex of units there is a very large and spacious yard with a large table and chairs where you can enjoy lunch and quality time spent with family or friends.
Accommodation units are cleaned daily, towels are changed every two days, while bed linen is changed every three days and all this is included in the price.
Parking is provided. It is located within the accommodation and there is also a parking space in front of the building.
Smoking is forbidden inside.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Imamo samo pohvale za ovaj smeštaj. U pitanju je potpuno nova zgrada, mislim da smo bili prvi gosti u apartmanu. Vlasnica i njena ćerka su divne žene, čisti se svaki dan, smeštaj je komforan, na gornjem spratu gde se spava visoke osobe mogu da imaju problema zbog kosog krova.
