Description
Naiada Villa is a brand new accommodation located in a tranquil area of the increasingly popular resort of Nikiti. This pleasant retreat, away from the crowds and noise, exudes comfort and elegance. The spacious and bright rooms are tastefully and attentively furnished with quality pieces. The property is situated 550m away from the beach and 1.5km from the old town of Nikiti, which is particularly romantic in the evening hours. The larger Vasilopulos supermarket is about 700m from the accommodation, while Masutis is at 1.4km.
The complex consists of two buildings, one next to the other. The first building includes units No.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the second one includes units No.6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
There are two studios available (No.2 and No.7) and four apartments for four people (No.1, 3, 6, 8), two maisonettes for four people (No.4 and No.5), and two maisonettes for up to five people (No.9 and No.10).
The four-bed studios (No.2, 7) feature a queen-size bed and a bunk bed.
The four-bed apartments (No.1, 3, 6, 8) have a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room.
The four-bed apartments, which are maisonettes on two levels (No.4, 5), have two queen-size beds, one in the bedroom and the other within an open gallery, while the five-bed apartments (No.9, 10) of the same structure also include a sofa bed for one in the kitchen area.
The four-bed studios and apartments (No.2, 7, 1, 3, 6, 8) are located on the ground floor.
The apartments (No.4, 5, 9, 10), which are maisonettes, have on the lower level, which is on the level of the first floor, a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, which is on the level of the second floor, they have an open gallery with sleeping area and a bathroom.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.
All units are air-conditioned and provide guests with WiFi, TV, a safety deposit box, a bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries, as well as a kitchen equipped with an induction hob with two burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a large fridge with a freezer in the studios and maisonettes, while the four-bed apartments (No.1, 3, 6, 8) are equipped with a standard fridge with a freezer compartment. The maisonettes also have a large oven in the kitchen.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, overlooking the garden and pool, on the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating sets.
The perfectly landscaped courtyard and garden, filled with greenery, adorned with white stones and Greek ceramics, contribute to the overall atmosphere. Whether you choose to refresh yourself in the saltwater pool or relax on the sun loungers by the pool, enjoyment is guaranteed.
Guests have access to an outdoor mini gym with a view of the garden and pool.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as towel replacement, is done every other day, while bed linen is changed every third day.
The accommodation offers private parking for all guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
