Naiada Villa is a brand new complex located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts. This accommodation is 550m from the beach and 1.5km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.
This accommodation offers spacious, bright, and airy studios and apartments, with minimal lines and modern decor in earth tones, which are on the ground floor and the first floor and can accommodate up to five adults.
Four-bed studios (No. 2, 7) have a double bed and two bunk beds. Four-bed apartments (No. 1, 3, 6, 8) have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two people in the living room. The four-bed apartments, which are maisonettes on two levels (No. 4, 5), have two double beds, one in the bedroom and the other in the open gallery, while the five-bed apartments (No. 9, 10) of the same structure have an additional one sofa for one person in the kitchen area.
Four-bed studios and apartments (No. 2, 7, 1, 3, 6, 8) are located on the ground floor. Apartments (No. 4, 5, 9, 10), which are maisonettes by their structure, have a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom on the lower level, which is on the level of the first floor, while on the upper level, which is on the level on the second floor, they have an open gallery with a sleeping area and a bathroom.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries and cosmetics, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer in the studios and maisonettes, while the four-bed apartments (No. 1, 3, 6, 8) are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer chamber. Maisonettes have a large oven in the kitchen.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the garden and the pool, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
The hosts thought of every detail and made an effort that you create beautiful memories and take the best impressions, as well as return to your daily duties rested. In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, with stone paths, a carpet-like lawn, a garden with lots of greenery decorated with white stone and Greek ceramics, as well as beautiful lights that make the evenings especially romantic, you can find a lot of content, whether you want to cool off in the pool with salt water or to enjoy on the sunbeds by the pool.
An outdoor mini-gym with a view of the garden and pool is available for guests of the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of towels is done every other day, while bed linen is changed every fourth day.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Naiada Villa is located 22 km from the popular resort of Neos Marmaras, 45 km from Sarti, and 88 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
