Nikiti Beach Superior Studios & Apartments is a complex located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts, a place tucked away in the greenery of pine trees and a beautiful, long, sandy beach with turquoise water. This accommodation is 90m from the beach and 2.2km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.

As part of this accommodation, studios and apartments are located on the ground floor, on the first and second floors, and can accommodate up to four adults. Double studios have either a double bed or two beds for one person. Three-bed studios have a double bed and a bed for one person. Some three-bed and all four-bed studios are structured as maisonettes on two levels, where the lower level is on the second floor and the upper level is on the attic level. Three-bed studios on two levels have a sofa for one person on the lower level, while on the upper level, they have either a double bed or two joined beds for one person. Four-bed studios on two levels have a double bed on the lower level, while on the upper level, they have two joined beds for one person. All apartments have a double bed, three-bed apartments have an additional sofa for one person, and four-bed apartments have an additional sofa for two people.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

The rental of these accommodation units is on a bed-and-breakfast basis.

The air-conditioned accommodation units offer guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a kitchenette equipped with a small two-burner stove, a standard fridge with a freezer chamber, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine.

On the furnished veranda or balcony, you can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, depending on the number of floors.

Reception services are available to guests from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while telephone contact is possible 24 hours a day.

Guests have access to a swimming pool that is common to all three facilities within this complex (Mitte, Absolut, Superior).

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done every day except on Sundays, while the bed linen is changed every five days and the towels are changed every other day.

Secured parking is available near the accommodation facility, upon request and with an additional charge of 15€ per day in July and August, while in other periods the parking service is 10€ per day. There is always the possibility of free parking in the surrounding streets near the accommodation.

Staying at this accommodation was truly a delightful experience! The space is exceptionally clean and tidy, the rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, which was a significant advantage for me. I would particularly highlight the pool – always clean, with a lifeguard present throughout the day, providing an extra sense of safety, especially if you are coming with children. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating – always smiling, ready to help, and offering useful advice about local places to visit. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt genuinely welcomed. The location is excellent as a base for exploring Nikiti and its surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation, and we will definitely return!

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 28 days prior arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, 25% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
