Nikiti Beach Superior Studios & Apartments is a complex located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts, a place tucked away in the greenery of pine trees and a beautiful, long, sandy beach with turquoise water. This accommodation is 90m from the beach and 2.2km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.
As part of this accommodation, studios and apartments are located on the ground floor, on the first and second floors, and can accommodate up to four adults. Double studios have either a double bed or two beds for one person. Three-bed studios have a double bed and a bed for one person. Some three-bed and all four-bed studios are structured as maisonettes on two levels, where the lower level is on the second floor and the upper level is on the attic level. Three-bed studios on two levels have a sofa for one person on the lower level, while on the upper level, they have either a double bed or two joined beds for one person. Four-bed studios on two levels have a double bed on the lower level, while on the upper level, they have two joined beds for one person. All apartments have a double bed, three-bed apartments have an additional sofa for one person, and four-bed apartments have an additional sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
The rental of these accommodation units is on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
The air-conditioned accommodation units offer guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a kitchenette equipped with a small two-burner stove, a standard fridge with a freezer chamber, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine.
On the furnished veranda or balcony, you can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, depending on the number of floors.
Reception services are available to guests from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while telephone contact is possible 24 hours a day.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done every day except on Sundays, while the bed linen is changed every five days and the towels are changed every other day.
Secured parking is available near the accommodation facility, upon request and with an additional charge of 15€ per day in July and August, while in other periods the parking service is 10€ per day. There is always the possibility of free parking in the surrounding streets near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li imate slobodan apartman za petočlanu porodicu (dva odrasla i tri deteta 13 god,10 god i 5 god) za period od 24 juna do 4 jula?

Da li imate slobodna dva cetvorokrevetna apartmana za dve cetvoroclane porodice : dvoje odraslih+dvoje dece(13 i 15 godina) i dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece (10 i 15 godina). Boravili bi 10 dana a početak boravka kraj juna...bilo koji datum u kom imate slobodna dva apartmana ( 24.06.-04.07 ili 25.06.-05.07 ili 26.06.-06.07 itd Hvala puno na odgovoru
