Accommodation description

George Villa is situated in a peaceful location in Nikiti, approximately 350m from the city beach. It is an excellent choice for guests looking for a relaxing holiday in a pleasant and nicely decorated environment. The accommodation offers comfortable and functional units, while shops, restaurants, and all necessary amenities for a carefree stay are located nearby. Guests can also enjoy the courtyard and outdoor relaxation area, which further contribute to the pleasant summer atmosphere. Nikiti is one of the most beautiful places on Sithonia, known for its long sandy beaches, crystal-clear sea, and lively promenade filled with numerous taverns and cafés.

The ground-floor apartment is intended for a maximum of four adults and two children. In the living room with kitchen, there is a sofa suitable for two children up to 13 years old, one bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.

The first-floor apartment is intended for a maximum of five adults. In the living room, there is a sofa for one person, one bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.

A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.

The apartment is air-conditioned (two air-conditioning units) and features two TVs, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a toaster, a kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. The ground-floor apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine, while the first-floor apartment is equipped with a filter coffee machine.

Guests can spend their time on the veranda or balcony, both furnished with seating furniture and offering views of the courtyard and the street. The larger apartment also has an additional small balcony.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and apartment cleaning is provided every five days.

The apartment is comfortable, beautiful and pleasant, and it also has a large terrace. On the fourth day of our stay, the host changed the bed linens and towels. The location is close to the Masutis and Lidl markets. We didn’t even go to the city beach, but the area is perfect for an evening walk. We really liked the accommodation. Thank you, Dimitri, for everything.

The good thing is that it’s not far from the sea. The kitchen is rather simply equipped—actually, even less than what you’d call basic. It has a lovely yard and two large terraces, but a major drawback is the sheer number of ants, making it almost impossible to use the outdoor areas comfortably. No matter how much you spray or water, they keep returning in huge numbers. Otherwise, the accommodation is perfectly fine.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
