George Villa is situated in a peaceful location in Nikiti, approximately 350m from the city beach. It is a fully equipped ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, accommodating up to seven people. Guests of the apartment are provided with a parking space in front of the building.

The apartment (50m2) features a living room with a kitchen including a sofa for two people, while the bedrooms consist of one double bed and two single beds that can be joined together. An extra bed for the seventh person and a baby cot are available upon request.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven and four ceramic hobs, a toaster, a kettle, and all necessary cookware.

The bathroom includes a shower cabin.

The apartment is air-conditioned (two air conditioning units), has two TVs, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a washing machine.

Guests can relax on the veranda furnished with a seating set, offering a view of the yard and the street.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and the apartment is cleaned every five days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
