Owners description
Old Nikiti's Hotel is located in the old part of Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula. The town beach is about 1.4km away, as well as the town center with all amenities.
The hotel was built in 2023, has en elevator and consists of rooms with a maximum capacity of four people located on the ground floor and first floor. Double room is located on the ground floor and contains two single beds, suitable for people with disabilities as it has support bars and enough space for wheelchair movement. Triple rooms are located on the ground floor and contain a double bed and a single bed. Quadruple rooms on two levels are located on the first floor, with two single beds on the lower level, while the open gallery in the attic contains a double bed.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot can be added.
Within these air-conditioned rooms, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV with Greek and satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer and a minibar.
Each accommodation unit includes a private veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The units are cleaned daily, with bed linen and towels changed every three days.
Private parking is available for guests behind the building.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.04.2024 to 31.10.2024, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
