Description
On a hectare of land surrounded by olive trees, Nikiti Dream Villas is a newly built complex of three independent villas with three private pools, welcoming its first guests in 2024. It is located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is 1.6km away from the beach and 3.4km from the old town of Nikiti, which is particularly romantic in the evening.
Within this accommodation, which welcomes guests throughout the year, there are bright and airy ground-floor apartments, modernly decorated in pastel tones, designed to accommodate up to six adults. For an additional fee of 12€ or 18€ per person per day, guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner, which would be organized at the Geranion Village Hotel within walking distance of the accommodation.
The apartments with two bedrooms, structured as maisonettes on three levels, have a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom on the lower level, accessible by four steps leading to the basement; a living room on the ground floor; and another bedroom and bathroom in the attic on the third level. The bedrooms in these apartments feature a double bed and two single beds, while one of the living rooms also includes a sofa bed for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available for an additional fee of 10€ per day.
This air-conditioned accommodation, in which the living room and each bedroom have independent cooling units, offers guests free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, an iron, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven that can also be used as a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

In the beautifully landscaped and maintained courtyard, with stone pathways, a carpet-like lawn, a garden with plenty of greenery, and lanterns that make the evenings especially romantic, you can cool off in the pool, relax on sun loungers, or enjoy the view of romantic Nikiti and unreal sunsets.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day. The price includes a laundry service.
Parking is provided within the property for guests.
Nikiti Dream Villas is located 20km from the popular resort of Neos Marmaras, 44km from Sarti, and 90km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
