Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
On an area of one hectare, surrounded by olive trees, Nikiti Dream Villas is a newly built complex of three independent villas with three private pools, which will welcome its first guests in 2024. It is located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coast. The accommodation is 1.6 km from the beach and 3.4 km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening hours.
Within this accommodation, which welcomes guests throughout the entire year, bright and airy ground-floor apartments are offered. They are modernly decorated in pastel tones and are intended for a maximum of five adults. For an additional charge, guests can have breakfast or dinner, which is organized at the Geranion Village Hotel, located within walking distance of the property.
The two-bedroom apartments, which are structured as three-level maisonettes, include on the lower level, in a semi-basement reached by four steps, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom; on the second level, the ground floor, they have a living room; while on the third level, in the attic, there is another bedroom and bathroom. In the bedrooms of these apartments, there is a double bed and two single beds, while in the living room of one of the apartments, there is also a sofa for two people.
A baby cot is available upon request and at an additional charge.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, where the living room and each bedroom have independent cooling units, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, an iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a large oven that can also be used as a microwave, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a sea view on the veranda or balcony, equipped with outdoor seating.
The hosts have thought of every detail and ensured that you create beautiful memories, take home the best impressions, and return to your daily obligations well-rested. In the beautifully arranged and maintained yard, with stone paths, a lawn like a carpet, a garden full of greenery, and lamps that make the evenings especially romantic, you can cool off in the pool, relax on the sunbeds by it, or enjoy the view of romantic Nikiti and the surreal sunsets.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every fourth day. Laundry service is also available to guests, free of charge.
A parking space within the property is provided for guests.
Nikiti Dream Villas is located 20 km from the popular resort of Neos Marmaras, 44 km from Sarti, and 90 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
