Botanic Pool Suite is a modernly equipped facility located 270m from the beach near Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. This accommodation can be an excellent choice for those who prioritize quality, comfort, and hygiene.
There are three luxurious accommodation units available, which can accommodate from two to five people, each with a separate private pool.
On the ground floor is the Premium Suite - an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for an additional person.
The Junior Suite is a studio on the ground floor with a double bed and a sofa in a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor is the Executive Suite - an apartment with a living room (with a separate sleeping area with a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and two bathrooms.Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, guests have access to free WIFI internet, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower with a glass partition.
The accommodation units, on the veranda or balcony, have a direct view of their private pool and the yard or sea, and are equipped with seating sets and loungers.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done daily, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every third day.
Each accommodation unit is provided with one parking space within the private parking area.
Botanic Pool Suite is located 4.5km from the center of Nikiti, 2.4km from Metamorfosi, and 84km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
