Oliva Suites is a newly built accommodation in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The distance from the nearest beach is 700m and the Masoutis supermarket and bakery are 100m away.
This accommodation includes the following accommodation units:
Studios on the ground floor, with accommodation for three people, consisting of a double bed and a single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed, but is independent from it.
Studios on two levels located on the first or second floor, with accommodation capacity for four people, consisting of a double bed on the open gallery and a sofa for two people on the lower level.
Apartments on two levels located on the first or second floor, with accommodation capacity for six people, consisting of a living room with a sofa for two people, a bedroom on the lower level equipped with a double bed and another double bed on the open gallery.
Baby cot is provided free of charge.
In these air-conditioned accommodation units, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, toiletries, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator, a flat plate with two glass-ceramic hotplates, an appliance for espresso coffee, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
Warm summer days, overlooking the fenced yard with paved paths and meticulously landscaped lawns, guests can spend on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Accommodation units are cleaned daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
Parking is available for accommodation guests.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
