Accommodation description
Angeliki Maisonette is located outside of Nikiti, right at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts. This accommodation is 200m away from Spathies beach and 8.4km from the central square, promenade, marina, restaurants, and cafes.
The property is a two-level maisonette and can accommodate up to ten people. On the first level, located on the raised ground floor, there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level, located on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each, while the fourth bedroom contains two single beds. The living room is equipped with a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which features independent cooling units in the living room and in all bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with a four-ring glass-ceramic stove, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
Guests can spend warm summer days enjoying views of the sea and the yard on the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with outdoor seating.
In the landscaped and well-maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends under the gazebo.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them themselves.
Upon request, a baby cot is available and included in the price.
A private parking space with a security camera is provided for guests.

The most important thing to me was that the accommodation looked exactly like it did in the pictures. I have had experiences on vacation where we did not get what we had seen in the pictures. It was nice, we felt at home. We had our own part of the yard, our privacy, which is very important. The kindness of the owners is not for a rating of 5, it is actually for a rating of 10 ☺️ The location is excellent, the most beautiful beaches are nearby, and that left a really good impression on me
