Angeliki Maisonette is located outside the town of Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is 450m away from the beach and 8.4km from the central square, promenade, marina, restaurants, and cafes.
The property is a duplex on two levels and can accommodate a maximum of eight people. On the first level (high ground floor level) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level (first floor level) there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and all bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic glass stove, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower tray with a curtain.
On warm summer days, with a view of the sea and the garden, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set.
In the well-kept and beautifully maintained garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecues with family and friends under the gazebo.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves.
Private parking space with a security camera is available for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
