Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

There are two two-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and one studio on the first floor, as well as one three-bedroom apartment on the second floor.
Apartments with two bedrooms are intended for a maximum of five adults. They have a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two single beds, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.
The apartment with three bedrooms is intended for a maximum of five adults. It has a kitchen with a dining table, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In two bedrooms there is a double bed, while in the third bedroom there is a bed for one person.
The studio has one double bed and a sofa for one person. It is designed for a maximum of three adults.
A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
