Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The property offers two two-bedroom apartments located on the ground floor and a studio on the first floor.
The apartments are designed to accommodate up to five adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second has two joined single beds, while the living room includes a sofa bed for one person.
The studio features one double bed and a sofa bed for one person, making it suitable for up to three adults.
A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.
