Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Kalin Apartments is located in a quiet part of the popular tourist town of Nikiti, just 600 meters from the town’s sandy beach. The modernly equipped apartments offer comfort, privacy, and everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a swimming pool that completes the perfect vacation experience.
There are two apartments available, located on the ground floor and the first floor of a residential building.
Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa that can accommodate two people.
This air-conditioned accommodation has separate A/C units in both the living room and the bedroom. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a full-size fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Each apartment has a balcony with outdoor seating, where guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, the well-kept garden, and the swimming pool.
Guests can use the shared pool free of charge.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels during the stay, is done by the guests themselves. A replacement set is provided. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are available at no extra charge.
There is no private parking spot provided, but free public parking is available on the street near the property.
Kalin Apartments is located 2km from the Old Town of Nikiti, 7km from the nearby village of Metamorfosi, and 9km from the port of Ormos Panagias. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki International Airport “Makedonia,” is 88km away.
