Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Sea Nomad Luxury Maisonette is located at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, in Nikiti, 450 m away from the beach and 500 m from the marina, promenade, and restaurants. This modernly equipped accommodation is an ideal choice for families, couples, and friends seeking a comfortable and pleasant holiday.
The accommodation unit is a maisonette spread over three levels, able to accommodate up to six adults. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. On the second level, on the first floor, there are a bathroom and two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. On the third level, in the attic, there is an additional bathroom, as well as another double bed within an open sleeping area.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with air conditioning units and a TV in the living room and each bedroom, guests have access to WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
On the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy the surrounding views.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every five days during the stay.
Private parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.
