The two-bedroom apartment, designed as a maisonette, is arranged over three levels and can accommodate up to six adults. The entrance is on the ground floor, where the living room with a kitchen is located. On the upper level, corresponding to the first floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom. On the lower level, at basement level, there is an open sleeping area and an additional bedroom. The bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each, while the open area in the basement features a single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa suitable for one person.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four hot plates, a large oven, a large standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
