Hacienda Beachfront Villa is a spacious house, decorated in the spirit of old Greek tradition, so as to provide the greatest possible experience to anyone who wants to feel the atmosphere of authentic Mediterranean life of the last century, while at the same time staying on a property with a spacious, well-kept yard that leads directly to one of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia. Located in the middle of the green oasis of Spathies, conveniently positioned only 60 m from the beach and 8 km from Nikiti, the first major resort in its vicinity, it provides its guests with plenty of privacy and comfort.
The house consists of two levels - the ground floor and the first floor and is decorated in a characteristic way. The accommodation is intended for a maximum of sixteen adults, which is an ideal opportunity for a larger group of friends or several families on a joint vacation. On the ground floor there are two living rooms, two kitchens, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. On the first floor of this apartment there are five bedrooms, an open gallery with a sleeping area, and two more bathrooms. This layout of the rooms allows maximum comfort for all guests of this accommodation, regardless of their large number. In the four bedrooms, as well as in the open gallery, there are two single beds available for guests. In two bedrooms, there are two joint beds for one person, and one bedroom is equipped with a double bed, ensuring the highest quality of sleep for all guests during their stay.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time booking.
The house is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioners positioned in the living rooms, all bedrooms, as well as in the open gallery. The accommodation is equipped with a wireless internet connection, as well as TVs located in the living rooms. Such equipment promises that guests will have a unique opportunity to enjoy the traditional style, while at the same time they will not be deprived of the conveniences offered by the modernity of the twenty-first century. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary elements, and they contain a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four hotplates, as well as a kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Guests also have a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a hair dryer at their disposal, which further adds to the comfort of their stay.
In addition to the landscaped, grassy yard that reaches all the way to the entrance to the beach itself, guests can use a total of three balconies to enjoy the open space. Also, guests can enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the spacious porch, equipped with seating furniture.
An additional advantage is the fact that you can take your pets on vacation in this facility, without additional fees and costs, and only with a prior notice at the time of booking.
Cleaning and linen and towel change services are not provided, but there is the possibility of providing these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.
Six private parking spaces are also available to the guests of the facility, which ensures a peaceful stay for those who like to go on vacation in their own four-wheelers.

It is also the perfect choice if, in addition to all of that, you also want to experience a life immersed in Greek tradition, rather than just observing its fragments in museums. In case the guests longe for exploring beyond Spathies, it is important to note that the distance from other popular resorts in Sithonia is 13 km away from Neos Marmaras and 20 km from Vourvourou. The nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 97 km away.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
