Atlantis Suites and Apartments is a modern and comfortable accommodation in Nikiti, located just 200 meters from the beach, offering guests a pleasant and relaxing stay close to the sea. Thanks to its excellent location and contemporary ambiance, it represents an ideal choice for a peaceful summer holiday in one of the most beautiful places in Sithonia. The property features a total of nine accommodation units and welcomes guests of all ages, whether traveling as couples, families or groups.

The offer includes different types of accommodation units located on the ground floor, first and second floors – studios and apartments designed for stays of two to five adults. Studios consist of a single space that combines the kitchen and sleeping area, along with a separate bathroom, while the apartments include a kitchen with a sleeping area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. Each accommodation unit has one double bed, while additional beds, depending on the unit type, are provided as single beds or a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon guest request with prior notice at the time of reservation.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, and guests also have access to Wi-Fi wireless internet, flat-screen TVs, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary elements for meal preparation, including two ceramic cooktops, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, while a microwave oven is available in the apartments. Studios are equipped with smaller refrigerators with a freezer compartment, while larger units feature full-size refrigerators with a freezer.

All accommodation units have a balcony, while the apartments also feature an additional balcony accessible from the bedroom. On the ground floor, there are private fenced verandas that provide guests with a comfortable space for relaxation. The property also includes a landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool, where ten sun loungers and five umbrellas are available to guests, offering an ideal place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Pets are not allowed in the property.

Accommodation units are cleaned daily to ensure a tidy and comfortable stay for guests. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Guests are also provided with the option of laundry washing and drying, which is included in the price of the stay.

Private parking is not provided for guests of the apartments, but parking is available nearby along the street.

Nikiti offers its visitors a variety of amenities and a pleasant atmosphere that suits both those seeking a peaceful holiday and those who enjoy exploring the surroundings. The long sandy beach with clear sea is perfect for spending the whole day by the water, while the well-arranged seaside promenade offers a wide selection of tavernas, restaurants, and cafés where visitors can enjoy local specialties and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. This seaside village also features numerous shops, bakeries, markets, as well as a local market where visitors can find fresh fruits, vegetables, and homemade products typical for this region. Nikiti is an excellent choice for a relaxing seaside holiday, but also a perfect starting point for exploring Sithonia and its natural beauty. From this village, it is easy to reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the peninsula, as well as picturesque villages and hidden coves along the coast. Its location also makes it very convenient for travel and excursions – Thessaloniki Airport is about 90 km away, the popular resort of Sarti is around 44 km away, while Toroni is approximately 41 km away. This accessibility allows guests to easily explore different parts of Sithonia and fully experience its natural beauty and authentic charm.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The minimum stay is two nights for the periods 1.5–30.6 and 1.9–4.10, while for the period 1.7–31.8 the minimum stay is four nights for all units, except for No. 203 and No. 204, for which the minimum stay is three nights.
