The two-bedroom apartment, designed as a maisonette on two levels, extends across the ground floor and first floor, providing comfortable accommodation for up to six adults and two children. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while the first floor includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room contains two sofas that can accommodate two people each, while each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, ensuring a comfortable and practical layout.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning units available in the living room and each bedroom, ensuring maximum comfort even during the hottest summer days. Guests also have access to wireless WiFi internet and flat-screen TVs in all rooms. - Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
