Ion Villas is located in a peaceful part of Nikiti and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful resorts on the Sithonia peninsula. The sandy beach is just 515 meters away, allowing guests to easily reach the sea with a pleasant walk through the village. The villas offer the perfect combination of privacy and Mediterranean charm. Their location allows guests to enjoy peace and relaxation while remaining within easy reach of all the amenities Nikiti has to offer, including restaurants, cafés, the promenade, and local shops. They are ideal for those seeking carefree summer days in a relaxed atmosphere, close to the sea.

The smaller apartment with three bedrooms, which is a maisonette on two levels, is designed to accommodate a maximum of eight people. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and a small bathroom, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The bedrooms of this apartment have a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.

The larger apartment with three bedrooms is also a maisonette on two levels and is designed for a maximum of nine people. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed and a bed for one person, while the remaining bedrooms on the first floor each have a double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

On request and within the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioners in every bedroom, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, Smart TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with two hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

On the verandas and balconies furnished with outdoor seating, guests can enjoy views of the beautifully landscaped courtyard with natural shade. The private barbecue further enhances the experience, providing the perfect opportunity for relaxation, social gatherings, and enjoyable summer evenings outdoors.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
