Nikiti Maisonette is located in the Agia Varvara area of Nikiti, about 130 meters from the beach, making it a very convenient choice for guests for whom proximity to the sea is one of the most important conditions during their holiday. Situated in a quieter area, this accommodation offers a good balance of privacy, comfort, and easy access to the coast, making it suitable for families and guests seeking a more relaxed stay without being far from the beach and the amenities Nikiti offers. The proximity of the promenade, restaurants, and other everyday facilities adds to the convenience, while the location in this part of town ensures a pleasant summer stay close to the sea.

The apartment is organized as a two‑level maisonette and is designed for up to six adults. The lower level consists of a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, providing guests with a practical shared space for daily living and meal preparation. The upper level has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, clearly separating the rest area from the living space. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the living room has a sofa for two people.

For families traveling with a baby, a crib can be provided free of charge upon request, making it easier for parents to organize their stay without bringing extra equipment from home.

The maisonette’s equipment is adapted for guests who want a more comfortable and independent holiday. Air conditioners are located in the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring pleasant temperatures in all main rooms and a more comfortable stay even during the hottest part of the day. WiFi and a TV are available, making the space suitable for relaxation after time spent at the beach. The kitchen is equipped for longer stays, allowing preparation of various meals and easier organization of daily activities. It includes a ceramic hob with four cooking zones, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, giving guests more independence during their holiday. For added convenience, the maisonette also has a washing machine, useful especially for longer stays and trips with children, as well as a hair dryer.

The outdoor area adds to the pleasant stay, especially due to the proximity of the sea and the possibility of spending part of the day outside. Each bedroom on the upper level has access to a separate balcony, offering partial distant sea views. The lower level opens onto a veranda and yard, providing additional space for a more relaxed daytime stay. The yard is landscaped, fenced, and shaded, while guests also have access to a small portable barbecue for private use.

Pets are welcome in this accommodation free of charge, making the maisonette suitable for guests who want to spend their holiday with their pets.

During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the maisonette. A basic set of bed linen and towels is provided, along with additional sets that guests can change themselves as needed. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

Guests arriving by car have one private parking space available, which is especially practical for easier planning of daily trips to the beach, town, or nearby facilities.

Nikiti is one of the most visited places in Sithonia and is often chosen for its combination of developed tourist offerings, long coastline, and excellent location for exploring the peninsula. The seaside part of town includes the promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops, and other amenities that make organizing a holiday easier, while the beach offers enough space for both those using organized sections with sunbeds and umbrellas and those who prefer their own equipment. A special advantage of Nikiti is its proximity to some of Sithonia’s most famous beaches, making it easy to visit Agios Ioannis, Kalogria, Koviou, Lagomandra, and other spots along the coast during the stay. In addition to the modern seaside area, Nikiti also has an old village above the coast, with stone houses, narrow streets, and a calmer atmosphere, giving the town more character than a typical resort. The accommodation is about 88 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
