Kristiana’s Apartments is located right in the centre of Nikiti, just 300 m from the beach, making it an excellent choice for guests who want to be close to the sea and all the amenities the town has to offer. In the immediate vicinity of the property, you will find the port, restaurants, cafés, shops and everything needed for a pleasant and carefree holiday, so a car is hardly necessary during your stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious and thoughtfully equipped to provide guests with a comfortable stay, while the pleasant atmosphere further contributes to a relaxing experience. Thanks to its practical layout and generous space, the apartment is suitable for both couples and families looking for comfortable accommodation close to the sea. Nikiti is one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, known for its long coastline, lively atmosphere and beautiful beaches, offering excellent conditions for all-day enjoyment. The beach in the town is ideal for relaxing and swimming, while the surrounding area of Nikiti is home to numerous beautiful beaches with crystal-clear, turquoise waters. Kristiana’s Apartments is therefore an excellent base for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Halkidiki and enjoying everything Sithonia has to offer.

The three-bedroom apartment, designed as a maisonette, is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to eight adults. On the lower level, located on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The upper level, located on the second floor, features two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each, while the third bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed. The living room features a corner sofa that can accommodate two people and is not convertible into a bed.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a Smart TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

Guests can enjoy a pleasant stay on one of the two private balconies, located on both floors of the accommodation. Both balconies are equipped with outdoor seating furniture and offer partial sea views, making them ideal for relaxing and enjoying peaceful moments.

Pets are allowed at this accommodation, upon prior agreement and at no additional charge.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation, as well as changing the bed linen and towels during their stay. Cleaning service is also available upon request and at an additional charge.

A guaranteed parking space is not provided, but it is usually possible to find parking on the street, directly in front of the property.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
